I inquired of their services at 8am on a Wednesday and was out of their shop with the problem fixed by 2:30pm the same day. I paid less than a quarter of the amount I was quoted from a mobile mechanic. Great hospitality & communication. Thank you so much Rick’s Auto Clinic ( & Scott)!

These folks have been here since I can remember and I've gone by here almost every day in my almost 37 years of life. Can't recommend them enough for their professionalism, transparency, timeliness and competitiveness. Needed a transmission replacement for my 2017 Escape, and Shawn was not only incredibly helpful in turning around options with quotes, but respectful of my knowledge and technical discussion. Dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and it was ready to go in 3 days (excluding the 4th of July holiday). They get you taken care of, with quality and passion.
