  • Found the master cylinder was leaking internally causing the brake pedal to fade. Front and rear brake pads and rotors needed replaced due to thickness and rust build up.
  • MASTER CYLINDER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Bleed Brake System. NOTE: Deduct .4 when used in conjunction with any other Brake operation(s).]
  • Recover refrigerant, evacuate system, add oil and dye mixture, and recharge with R-134a. Test system performance and inspect for leaks. After performing the ac service the temperature coming out of vents is mid 50s. May need a compressor in the future due to getting weak.
  • Replace front brake pad linings. Replace front brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
  • Replace rear brake pads. Replace rear brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

  • Found oil leaking from the timing cover. Replaced the timing cover seal when timing chain repair was performed. Leak is gone at this time.
  • Found the brake pads were down to 10-15% thickness. Replaced the front and rear brake pads and rotors.
  • Found the noise was coming from internally in the engine. Removed the timing cover and found the timing chain guides had broke causing the timing chain to have slack. Removed and replaced the timing chain assembly with new guides and tensioner. Noise is gone and vehicle is operating as designed.
  • Oil Change Service
  • Replace front brake pad linings. Replace front brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

  • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – 3.7L Eng
  • The technician performed a test drive and inspection to verify the customers complaint/concern: Performed an electrical system test. The battery tested good under a load. The alternator is charging at 14.2 volts and 82 amps which is within normal operating range. The starter is within operating range at 2.1 amps. Found nothing wrong with the charging system or the battery.

  • Brought vehicle in and coolant was a little low. Topped off coolant and performed a pressure test. Vehicle sat under pressure for 45 minutes but never dropped in pressure and no leaks. Drove vehicle for 30 miles and brought back in and everything was dry and coolant level was still at the same spot. If vehicle is slightly leaking coolant it will need to get worse to determine location.
  • Found the front end is tight and no play. With the steering wheel off it may feel as if the front end is messed up depending on the road and trying to correct it. Performed an alignment and vehicle is driving good and straight.

  • Found the left front caliper bracket was worn out and had lots of play. The right caliper was starting to have some play. This was causing uneven brake pad wear. Replaced both calipers and front brake pads.
  • Found the sway bar bushings and links were worn out, the outer tie rod end and drag link joints had play and movement. Replaced all steering and suspension components on the list and vehicle is operating as designed.
  • Four Wheel Alignment
  • STABILIZER BAR CONTROL LINK – Remove & Replace – Both
  • TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – Inner or Outer – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear when replacing Inner Tie Rod End(s) on some models
